  • Necessity-based & service-oriented tenancy

Location Criteria:

  • West Coast - San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, & Bay Area

  • Dense infill neighborhood locations

  • Affluent and educated populations ($100k+ Median HHI)

  • High traffic corridors with excellent visibility and access
